In April of 2000, The Suites at 14 West (formerly Malibu Hotel) opened its doors and thus distinguished The Suites at 14 West as the only restaurant in Indianapolis to feature a first-class, five-unit, apartment-style, suites hotel on premise.

Located downtown at 14 West Maryland Street, The Suites at 14 West is marketed primarily to business executives as an alternative to traditional hotel accommodations and to corporations seeking a unique hospitality venue. Whether it is for a single night or an extended stay, The Suites at 14 West offers all the amenities of an upscale hotel along with the luxury conveniences of a home. Additionally, the location of the The Suites at 14 West provides a convenient access to downtown businesses, government offices, and a plethora of arts, entertainment, sports, and shopping venues.

Each suite features washer/dryer, cordless phone, Wi-Fi, HDTV, full size kitchen appliances (including oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator), CD player/alarm clock, remote controlled ceiling fan, and plush terry cloth bathrobes. The suites all provide spacious and bright living spaces due to the large windows on the front facade of the building.

The entire fourth floor showcases a three thousand square foot, two bedroom, two and one-half bath Penthouse Hospitality Suite, complete with workout area, eight hundred square foot balcony (which can seat fifty for dinner), gas fireplace, HD home theatre,Wi-Fi and an eight-head shower stall in the master bathroom. In addition to luxurious overnight accommodations, the Penthouse Hospitality Suite is perfect for special occasion receptions, dinners, and executive business meetings. The The Suites at 14 West features a private elevator entrance that provides access to all levels of the building: the parking garage; two floors of the restaurant; the suites; the Penthouse; and the second level of the Circle Centre shopping mall. The parking garage offers direct inside access to the The Suites at 14 West for registered guests.
