The penthouse is an incredible 2900 square feet inside and includes a 700+ square foot balcony. 2 1/2 bathrooms, a huge mainroom with 50" television, full stereo system with surround sound, gas fireplace, fax machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors make this penthouse stand alone. The kitchen is equipped with restaurant quality appliances including gas stove, two ovens, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, 3 sinks, and ample counter space. The 700 square foot balcony has seating for up to 50 people. An electric awning can be lowered during inclement weather. A gas grill and six person hot-tub round out this incredible setting overlooking Maryland Street. A wonderful spot to entertain clients or enjoy a romantic evening. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Cancellation policy: No cancellations, no refunds. A deposit is required for certain dates and the Penthouse has a special deposit Add 15% tax to suite rate. All Suites are NO SMOKING. |
